I am so busy all the time. I am a mom of four kids, all under the age of 10, and I run my own hair salon. I also participate in the PTA and I am active at our church. My husband works full time, too. He helps me when he can, but most of the time I'm on my own. I love my life, even though it is busy, but sometimes I get overwhelmed. When I do, I pray for strength and let myself focus on the good things in my life. I also do yoga sometimes, which is a great stress reliever. I love your blog and read it every day for new posts. Thanks for helping us crazy people take our lives one step at a time. True life: I'm a crazy busy mother of four, community contributor, and business owner.
Thanks for sharing, Erica! I'm glad you found my blog, it sounds to me like you are a very busy woman! I know we used to always call my mom "superwoman" because she was a single mother and worked two jobs but still found time to be an amazing mom! Keep up the yoga and the praying and remember, better to be busy than to have nothing to do at all! :)

I beat the stress in my life with time management, motivation, and gym time (me time) to burn off stress. True life: I'm a crazy busy college student, part time worker, full time friend and athlete.
That's awesome, Matt! Going to the gym is a GREAT way to get rid of stress, and the best part is - it's also great for your body!
